Sebastian is a first-generation American who migrated from Colombia at the age of 9. His journey taught him resilience, sacrifice, and hope—values that now fuel his mission to see people encounter God’s presence and live boldly in their calling.

After surrendering his life to Jesus Christ, Sebastian’s view of business shifted from being a merchant focused on transactions to a king called to steward resources and build the Kingdom. Since then, he has helped grow a marketing company to multi-million revenue and coached multiple businesses to double their annual income while strengthening team culture and purpose.

Most recently, Sebastian brought his leadership, strategy, and communication skills to FEED3 and City Transformation, leading research that shaped a presentation for White House representatives and secured support for rebuilding efforts in Western North Carolina. His work is also expanding the mission nationally, mobilizing teams and resources to bring hope and restoration to families across the country.
